Masserie Lucane produces and uses only the finest ancient durum and soft wheat, grown in Palazzo San Gervasio (PZ) on its own farms and meticulously processed, resulting in wholesome flour, semolina, pasta, biscuits, and taralli with the following nutritional qualities:
