Masserie Lucane produces and uses only the best ancient durum wheat such as Senatore Cappelli and Saragolle, produced in Palazzo San Gervasio (PZ) in its own companies and scrupulously processed, thus obtaining flour, semolina, pasta, biscuits and taralli, genuine and of the following qualities nutritional:

• they contain higher percentages of lipids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, which improve their digestibility;

• they have never undergone the alterations of genetic manipulation techniques;

• they are produced exclusively through controlled agriculture cultivation;

• they are indicated in cases of gluten intolerance;

• they represent a tasty and delicate alternative for the preparation of all baked goods;
